Job Title: Travel Agency General Manager

Central Travel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business operations.
  • Department Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination and Representation: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
