Job Title: Advertising Agency Manager

Flagma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Advertising Agency Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
