Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Co-op to join our Corporate Client Group (CCG) National Operations team. As a Data Analyst Co-op, you will work closely with our data analytics team to support the business with data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of robust database and reporting systems for the CCG team and senior management
  • Fulfill ad-hoc and periodic data requests based on business requirements
  • Analyze data for useful insights and build meaningful dashboards & data visualizations
  • Automate reporting processes to help the team save resources
  • Perform data mining, cleanup, and investigate discrepancies to enhance data quality
  • Support database administration activities and troubleshoot user inquiries
  • Document and diagram key system and data management processes
Requirements
  • 3rd or 4th year student with a minimum of one Co-Op placement of relatable experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Intermediate level of MS Office with a strong focus on Excel & VBA and familiarity with Access
  • Related knowledge and experience in database and data management principles
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and prioritize work
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Team player and also able to work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven capabilities in effective management of tasks and delivering high-quality work
