Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Corporate Restructuring Specialist to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for restructuring and insolvency.
  • Restructuring Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive restructuring plans to help clients overcome financial challenges.
  • Creditor Negotiations: Negotiate with creditors and other stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Asset Disposition: Advise clients on the sale of assets and businesses to maximize value.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist clients with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters to ensure clients' compliance.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.


Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
