We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Restructuring Specialist to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in the areas of financial reorganizations, debt restructurings, and bankruptcy proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act on behalf of Monitors under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and other stakeholders in dealing with financial reorganizations and debt restructurings.
  • Work on large transactions in various stages of bankruptcy proceedings, requiring a deep understanding of accounting and financial issues that affect restructuring transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex financial issues and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support to clients in crisis management, debt collection, and insolvency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' post-call experience with demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Bankruptcy proceedings, court and privately appointed receiverships, crisis management, debt collection, and insolvency.
  • Strong legal acumen and ability to think critically and strategically in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
