Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative – Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer and internal support for DE LA FONTAINE products. This includes responding to customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, writing intervention protocols, and coordinating corrective measures. You will also support the sales force at the technical level and perform product submissions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a college diploma in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. You should possess superior customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications, bilingualism (English/French), and knowledge of Autocad drawing software are essential. Knowledge of steel doors and frames, as well as Microsoft AX management ERP software, are assets.
