Job Title: Customer Experience Champion
Reports to: Store Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Champion. This role is responsible for contributing to store success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory management, increasing sales, and maintaining brand standards. Additionally, they will manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory management to meet customer demand
- Increase sales through effective visual merchandising and customer engagement
- Maintain brand standards and visual presentation throughout the store
- Manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment

Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 years of retail experience (asset)
- 1 year of experience as a team lead (preferably in retail)
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized and proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high service levels
