Job Overview
Paladin Security is seeking a skilled Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents. You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Conduct security patrols and respond to incidents in a proactive and professional manner.
- Write clear and concise reports and investigate routine incidents.
- Communicate effectively with Operations Manager and other team members.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license.
- First Aid & CPR – Level C certification.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, Municipal laws and By-laws.
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Certification Requirements:
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, Valid Ontario Security License.
