We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Conduct regular security patrols and respond to incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Write clear and concise reports and investigate routine incidents.
- Communicate effectively with Operations Manager and other stakeholders.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license.
- First Aid & CPR - Level C certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
