Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Toyotetsu. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents. You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Maintain a professional composure in high-pressure situations and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Write clear and concise reports, and communicate concerns/issues with the Operations Manager.
- Meet the requirements of a valid Ontario Security Guard license, First Aid & CPR – Level C, and other essential job functions.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license.
- First Aid & CPR – Level C certification.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, Municipal laws and By-laws.
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB).
