About the Role:

Highbury Canco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Production Planning and Inventory Control department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of production planning and scheduling, raw material inventory levels and planning, as well as short- and long-term capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a professional supply chain team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and publish a production schedule to balance supply with customer forecasts, ensuring alignment with internal customers and operational capabilities.
  • Act as a strategic thinker and problem solver in all aspects of the role, continuously evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), recommending improvements, and driving performance.
  • Manage production reporting tools and reports, including production efficiencies, usage, yield variance, and downtime reporting.
  • Maintain SAP master data, including bills of materials (BOMs), routings for production, finished good scheduling, and manage production receipts and goods issues.
  • Serve external customers efficiently by maintaining strong relationships and interacting across various levels of their organization to anticipate and meet their requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with raw material vendors to ensure reliable supply and manage potential disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration/management and/or related industrial/operations management degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in group settings.
