We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of employees at beBee Professionals in Leamington, Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management or a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
