Seasons Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Attendant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the life of another person.
About the Role
As a Care Attendant, you will provide exceptional care services to residents, ensuring professionalism, dignity, and compassion with each interaction. You will work collaboratively with the care team to follow infection control measures and enhance the safety and wellbeing of residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care services to residents
- Administer medications safely (training provided)
- Assist with housekeeping tasks and laundry
- Respond to medical/physical/emotional needs with collaboration from the Health and Wellness Manager
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are committed to building meaningful relationships and strive for service excellence. You will need to provide compassion, empathy, and understanding of Seasons' residents. Strong communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize workload are also essential.
