About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Jessica Diab. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliability, patience, and honesty.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will work in a residential setting, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties. Optional accommodation may be available at no charge on a live-in basis.
