Restaurant Manager Job Description

Farren Fun Foods is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability and make informed business decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards.
