Restaurant Manager Job Description

Farren Fun Foods is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Analyze budget reports, balance cash, and complete financial reports to ensure the restaurant's financial health.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
