Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Spartan Security Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation.
- Supervise, schedule, and review the activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to handle emergency situations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Security Guard License
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
