Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Spartan Security Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective response.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Oversee the smooth functioning of computer equipment and machinery, addressing any technical issues that arise.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring effective task allocation and workload management.
- Deliver training sessions to staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Security Guard License
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
