Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Deploy Security Ltd. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of security guards and ensuring the safety and security of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise and schedule activities of security guards.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
- Security Guard License and Criminal Record Check required.
