About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 2 For 1 Family Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Table Service: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and inviting dining area.
  • Food Preparation: Place dishes in storage areas, keep records of food quantities, portion and wrap foods, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Cash Handling: Take customers' orders and handle cash transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Food Handling: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for food service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
