Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

The Masala Bay is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and counters.
  • Operate dishwashers and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparing the dining area for service.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
