Flaman Sales Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Agricultural Equipment Sales Associate to join our Southern Alberta team.

As a Sales Champion, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting Flaman equipment in an honest and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships and increasing sales
  • Proactive problem solving and trouble shooting
  • Identifying areas for company growth
  • Remaining up-to-date with product knowledge and sharing knowledge with client network
  • Prioritizing tasks and/or projects for completion within designated deadlines
  • Complying with company policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Maintaining ethical behavior
  • Managing the sales process from beginning to end

Requirements include:

  • Post secondary education in Business or related field (an asset)
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Knowledge and experience in agriculture industry (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the equipment Flaman offers
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through
  • Computer competency, proficient with word, excel & outlook
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Professional, team player with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Exceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goals
