Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of accountants and support staff in Bangalore.
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts in BlackLine.
  • Manage IFRS 16 lease accounting entries, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee internal trading commitments and intercompany loans.
  • Assist with the inter-company reconciliation process.
  • Oversee the UK CAPEX process.
  • Prepare analysis and reports for Tax, Treasury, and Business Finance departments.
  • Liaise with auditors and staff performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in a recognised professional accountancy qualification.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages.
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle accounting software.
  • Sound analytical skills, customer awareness, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
