About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Leader to join our team at Augmenta. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Communicate design vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design leadership, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  • Experience with design systems and guidelines, with the ability to develop and maintain them.
