Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Server to join our team at Touchmark. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interact with residents, family members, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Food Handler's Permit (obtained within one month of employment).
  • Ability to observe and report discrepancies in procedure and equipment.
  • Required uniform and adherence to grooming standards.
  • Interest in working with elderly adults.
  • Patient and tactful communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to accept supervision and direction.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
