Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with portfolio managers, sales, technology, operations, and senior management to inform their decision-making process using ML and AI solutions.
- Own the deployment, maintenance, and support of scalable models and data products.
- Identify and own projects that solve complex problems across multiple domains.
- Apply specialized skills and fundamental data science methods to develop solutions that improve business decisions.
- Support the technical vision and contribute to ML strategy for how we deliver, deploy, and support scalable user-facing ML and Gen-AI tools.
- 3+ years of commercial experience in a data science role solving, owning, and maintaining ML and AI solutions that solve high-impact business problems.
- Experience working with Python for data manipulation, model development, and deployment.
- Experience in software engineering best practices and tools, including object-oriented programming, Git, shell scripting, and task orchestration.
- Experience using cloud solutions for application.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week.
