Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly reliable, dedicated, and have strong problem-solving abilities.

This role will primarily involve assisting with reception duties and providing administrative support to the dental team.

• Greet and welcome patients to the practice, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed, maintaining accurate records.

• Assist patients in filling out information forms, ensuring all necessary details are completed.

• Prepare patients for dental procedures, making them feel at ease.

• Support infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.

• Assist dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records, update files, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Schedule

The successful candidate must be available to work the following shifts:

• Mondays: 12 pm - 8 pm

• Wednesdays: 12 pm - 8 pm

• Thursdays: 12 pm - 8 pm

• Fridays: 12 pm - 8 pm

• Saturdays: Alternate 9 am - 4 pm
