Project Coordinator

Graham seeks a skilled Project Coordinator to support its Infrastructure division. This role is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control functions under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor labour, equipment, material, and subtrade costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to review cost accruals and develop schedules
  • Review and code timesheets to ensure proper cost allocation
  • Develop and maintain project schedules with the assistance of the Project Manager
  • Monitor actual construction progress versus schedule, identifying critical path and manpower loading issues
  • Submit requisitions for materials and equipment as required for project execution
  • Control site instructions, change orders, drawings, and QA/QC documentation

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or completion of a Certified Engineering Technologist program
  • Experience in a similar role within a construction setting, especially with a General Contractor
  • Proficiency in project software like P6, Ineight, and MS projects
