Job Title: Project Coordinator Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Strategist to join our team at BC Cancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing projects related to cancer care, working closely with our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans. • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and obtain feedback. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials. • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, and make recommendations for process improvements. • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as health sciences or business administration. • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring. • Familiarity with project management tools and software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
