Job Title: Bookkeeping Clerk

OrientDepot is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
