We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at KPK ACCOUNTING SERVICES. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
