Parcel Sales Specialist

Challenger Motor Freight Inc is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Parcel Sales Specialist. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in parcel transportation and sales, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
As a Parcel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and client relationships. Your primary objective will be to identify decision-makers, coordinate customer meetings, and design tailored solutions to grow revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong hunting mentality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in parcel transportation sales. You will work closely with our operations team to establish standard operating procedures and ensure seamless execution of customer expectations.
A successful Parcel Sales Specialist will be able to deliver new billed revenue during the fiscal year, meeting or exceeding quotas and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities primarily focused on parcel transportation
- Actively engaging potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead-generation strategies
- Scheduling customer appointments with key decision-makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and agreements to prospective clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with colleagues to champion business needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows environment, and CRM software is also required.
