Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and deliver training programs that meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of quality improvement initiatives and resident care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement teams and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in quality improvement and risk management in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
