We are seeking a dynamic Software Quality Assurance Manager to join CS GROUP in a constantly growing sector. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our software systems.
Responsibilities:- Carry out continual improvement of the QMS and maintaining certification ISO 9001
- Conduct quality assurance process and work product audits
- Work closely with development and product management to balance safety, quality, and commercial requirements
- Contribute to testing strategy
- Conduct Functional Safety Audits and Confirmation Reviews for software safety projects
- Support SW development teams relative to quality and the product life-cycle model
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure the QMS supports functional safety certification activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Software developer, with a specific focus on QMS compliance: ISO 9001 or similar Quality Management System standards
- Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) experience. Provisional or competent assessor is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with internal teams
- Experience with Management System auditing, preferably with ISO 9001
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an excellent attention to detail
- Experience with software quality management systems, quality control methodologies and tools
