Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team at AppleOne. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and prepare shipments for delivery, including packaging, labeling, and loading
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move goods throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
