NA Freight Forwarding Inc. is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for arranging transport of import and export FTL and LTL shipments within and between Canada and the USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate rates with carriers
  • Quoting customers
  • Tracking shipments
  • Communicating shipment details with customers and agents
  • Submitting documents to Customs Brokers
  • Arranging local pickups and deliveries
  • Calculating revenue and costs on shipment files
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Transborder Operations in the 3PL industry
  • Knowledge of Forward Air type systems
  • Working knowledge of Loadlink
  • Experience with Tradeshow and white glove freight
