**Job Summary**

AppleOne is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Receiving: Assemble containers and crates, record contents in our ERP system, pack goods with tape or straps to be shipped as per standards and to minimize shipping damage.
  • Freight Management: Determine how many trucks are needed, the amount of time and the price to deliver our customers' products.
  • Inventory Control: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices, record shortages and notify the quality department of damaged goods and obtain instructions from our Warehouse Team Lead on how to handle damaged receipts.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist drivers with unloading of goods, unpack, record, and deliver goods to appropriate storage areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pole trucks, pump carts, dollies, etc., to load, unload, transport, and store goods as per operating and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers' products are delivered on time and to the right destination.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Assist in the fabrication of shipments.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Teamwork: Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or vocational equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience completing bills of lading, obtaining freight rates, loading, and unloading trucks, and operating various forklifts.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team, problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and organize, ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines, ability to work in a time-efficient manner, ability to pack and unpack boxes, cover rolls, load, and unload trucks, health and safety awareness to minimize risk of injury from equipment.
