Position Overview

The position is for a Techno-Functional Support Analyst with a technical background in Fusion ERP Suite of SCM products responsible for providing excellence to customers in customer service support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.
