About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor who specializes in change management with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

The administration of design and construction changes in a dynamic Construction Management environment is crucial for our clients' success. As a key member of our project teams, you will analyze change proposals to ensure entitlement, compliance, and the client receives value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze change proposals to ensure entitlement, compliance, and the client receives value for money.
  2. Work in project teams to ensure the clients' goals are managed and achieved.
  3. Engineer / Construction Management Degree or equivalent.
  4. Minimum of 5 years experience in cost management across all project phases.
  5. Involvement in two previous projects over $100M in project value.
