About the Role

As a Rail Track Maintainer with CN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our rail network. This is an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a physically demanding yet rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain CN's train rails, ties, switches, and ballasts through inspection, repair, and replacement
  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Inspect and repair deviations in track surface, alignment, and gauge
  • Install and repair street and railroad crossings
  • Unload and distribute track material

Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in similar working conditions or regulatory and safety environment
  • Experience operating heavy equipment and machinery
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Valid driver's license
  • $62,000 - $82,000 per year based on experience
