Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at BLACK STAR MGMT ULC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced food service environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal inventory management
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
