We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Leader to join our team at NMRA Consultants Inc. in the role of Vice-President - Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns

Supervision

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Work Environment
