Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator - Active Directory

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, and permissions
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address security gaps and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures for Active Directory administration
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on Active Directory best practices
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Active Directory administration and security
  • Excellent knowledge of AD security principles and standards, including Privileged Access
  • Industry certification such as Microsoft and/or Cybersecurity certification required
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and develop innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of project management principles
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Previous experience in the Banking sector
