Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at On-Site Cleaning Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, maintaining databases, and performing general office duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data into our systems according to specified formats
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data
  • Transfer data between software applications
  • Store, update, and maintain databases
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
