Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at NGEN Communications. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the quality and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data according to specified format and guidelines
  • Transfer data between software applications
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data
  • Store, update, and maintain databases
  • Perform general office duties, including invoicing clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
