Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at On-Site Cleaning Inc. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data into our software systems according to specified formats
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data
  • Transfer data between software systems
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

Our office is located in a private sector setting, and public transportation is available. We offer a permanent work term with 40 hours of work per week.
