Customer Service Supervisor

At Discovery Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure timely and efficient completion
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
