Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at 4 J Logistics Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team productivity
  • Identify training needs for team members and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and quality service delivery
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and stay up-to-date with team operations
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
Requirements:
  • 11-15 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
