Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at 4 J Logistics Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team productivity
  • Identify training needs for team members and provide guidance and support
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance and customer feedback
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
