About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Professional at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business. You will build lasting relationships with customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.

The Typical Day

  • You will provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email.
  • Every day you will assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy.
  • You will manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • No prior experience is required; we offer applicable training for the right candidate.
  • RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for professional interactions in-person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Prior experience achieving sale targets in a similar or comparable role is beneficial.
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset.
